Saying Goodbye to Someone

  • Dec. 28th, 2009 at 10:32 AM

My dad died a couple of weeks ago. I have brought home some of his ashes and set up a small personal altar for them. When I am a little less shaken up I would also like to do something in a CR vein to honour and say goodbye to him. I know of course that he is an ancestor now, and so the word goodbye may seem wrong to you, but it is certainly a goodbye from the normal daily life. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Blessings,
Casey

Another Book Question

I received the new book about Brigid as a Christmas gift, Brighid: goddess, Druidess and Saint, by Brian Wright.

I'm sure someone here has already read it. Any thoughts about it? Things to watch out for when I read it?

Thanks.

Jean
